• L: 0, 4, 3, 5, 7
• XL: 0, 0, 3, 4, 6

Custom Sizing: For a perfect fit, select "Custom" and provide your sizes in the instructions box at checkout.

For the Most precise fit, we highly recommend purchasing our Nail Sizing Kit prior to ordering.

Do you recreate designs from inspiration photos?

No. Inspiration photos are used for inspiration only. All freestyle set is designed in my signature Master of Elegance style and will not be an exact replica of another artist’s work.

What should I upload for my custom set?

You may upload:

• Nail design for inspiration
• Color palettes
• Art, fashion, textures, or mood references

What information do I need to provide at checkout?

Please include the following details in the instructions box:

• Theme or event (if applicable)
• Specific requests (e.g., no 3D elements, include pearls)
• Needed-by date (if applicable)

How much is the deposit and what does it cover?

The deposit starts at $35 and may increase based on the selected style and complexity. The deposit secures your order slot and is applied toward your final total.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable as custom sets are made specifically for you.

How will I know my final price?

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours outlining your final design details, total price (minus your deposit), and a secure payment link.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

Turnaround time is up to 14 business days, not including shipping. Please plan accordingly for events or special occasions.

Can I rush my custom order?

Rush orders may be available on a limited basis and are subject to an additional fee. Please contact me before ordering to confirm availability.

Are custom orders eligible for returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of these sets, all custom orders are final sale.

Every Master of Elegance set is hand-painted to order for a flawless fit. Once your order is placed, each set is carefully prepped, painted, packaged, and shipped - personally crafted in studio by me

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) and include tracking.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered, please contact USPS first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

During the holiday season, packages may take longer than usual to arrive at no delay/fault by "Master of Elegance". Estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout and often arrive sooner. You can also visit USPS website directly for information on any known shipping delays across the country due to weather or other reasons.

Due to the nature of press on nails and personal grooming products, all sales are final.

This includes:

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We also cannot provide "replacement" nails for a previously purchased set.

Some colors may appear slightly darker or lighter based on personal monitor resolution & settings. If you have a concern, please request additional support before purchasing. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked "Delivered" by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but missing:

1. Check with neighbors
2. Check with household members
3. Wait 24 hours (USPS sometimes marks early)
4. Contact USPS with your tracking number.

We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by USPS

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the USPS delivery service. If your package(s) is stolen, lost, or damaged by USPS delivery service, we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information, we may be able to further assist in this matter; otherwise, we only have the capacity to track your package.

Delayed Packages

USPS delays can happen during holidays and peak seasons.

We do not refund or cancel orders due to carrier delays.

Incorrect Address Policy

If the wrong address is entered at checkout:

• Customer is responsible for reshipment fees
• No refunds for items shipped to incorrect addresses
