What sizes do your press-on nails come in?
Our press-on nails come in a variety of sizes to fit most nail shapes. We recommend ordering a sizing kit if you're unsure of your size to ensure the perfect fit.
Are your nails custom or ready-made?
We offer both! Custom and made-to-order sets are handcrafted just for you. Ready-made sets are available for immediate purchase.
How long will my nails last?
With proper application and care, our press-on nails can last up to 2 weeks or more.
Application & Care
How do I apply my press-on nails?
Clean and prep your natural nails, select the correct size for each finger, apply nail glue or adhesive tabs, press firmly and hold for 10-15 seconds. Avoid water for at least 1 hour after application.
How do I remove my press-on nails?
Soak your nails in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes, then gently lift from the sides. Never force them off to avoid damaging your natural nails.
Can I reuse my press-on nails?
Yes! If removed carefully and cleaned properly, our press-on nails can be reused multiple times.
Shipping
How long does processing take?
Handmade sets require up to 14 days of processing time. Ready-made sets ship sooner.
What shipping options are available?
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) at a flat rate of $7.95. Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to the personal nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom sets, made-to-order sets, sizing kits, or accessories.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a store error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@masterofelegance.com. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
