Refund policy
Due to the nature of press on nails and personal grooming products, all sales are final.
This includes:
- Custom sets
- Made to order sets
- Sizing kits
- Nail accessories
No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We also cannot provide "replacement" nails for a previously purchased set.
Some colors may appear slightly darker or lighter based on personal monitor resolution & settings. If you have a concern, please request additional support before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect due to our error, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Email us within 48 hours at master.of.elegance1@gmail.com
- Include clear photos of all the following:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Once reviewed, eligible claims may receive:
- A replacement (based on design availability)
- Or a store credit
Please note:
Damage caused by the customer or by USPS during transit is not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
